A great couple of months on Astbury

Its been a great couple of months on Astbury, there have been two new 30lb plus fish reported, one member had eight carp to 26lb, another had a brace of 30lb fish one mirror and one common. The fish stocked from VS fisheries less that two years ago have been caught up to 6lb heavier that when stocked and are now in the mid to upper twenty pound mark, the mere is now getting a lot of good reports in the angling press.
